What a Basic Watch Service/Overhaul Includes:

A full watch service—often called an overhaul—is the best way to keep your timepiece running accurately and reliably for years to come. When you bring your watch in for service, here’s what you can expect:

1. Complete Inspection & Diagnostics
   We begin by examining the watch’s movement, case, gaskets, and overall condition. This allows us to identify any worn parts or issues affecting accuracy or performance.
2. Full Disassembly of the Movement
   The movement is carefully taken apart piece by piece. Every gear, wheel, spring, and component is inspected for wear or damage.
3. Ultrasonic Cleaning
   All movement parts are cleaned using professional ultrasonic equipment to remove old oils, debris, and buildup—restoring components to like-new cleanliness.
4. Replacement of Worn or Damaged Parts
   Any faulty or worn components are replaced with proper, high-quality parts to ensure reliability
5. Precision Re-Assembly & Lubrication
   The movement is re-assembled using manufacturer-correct lubricants at precise friction points, ensuring smooth operation and long-term durability.
6. Timing, Regulation & Adjustment
   The watch is tested and adjusted to meet accuracy standards. We make fine adjustments to ensure the best possible performance.
7. Case & Bracelet Cleaning
   Your watch case and bracelet are cleaned and polished (light/refinish depending on service level), removing dirt and restoring shine.
8. Re-Sealing & Water-Resistance Testing
   Fresh gaskets are installed, and the watch is pressure-tested (if applicable) to confirm proper water resistance.
9. Final Quality Control
   The watch undergoes multiple days of testing to ensure it’s running smoothly, keeping time accurately, and operating exactly as it should.
